  • Prenatal Movement/Yoga

    A weekly class blending somatic movement, breath & gentle yoga to nurture you and baby during pregnancy while building a foundation to call upon during labor and birth.

  • Prenatal Strength 6-Week Series

    Sundays, 9 - 10am - Feb. Feb. 16, 2, March 9, 16, 23 & 30 (Zoom only class on March 9th)

    Join In-Person of via Zoom. Holistic prenatal fitness - build physical strength to feel better during pregnancy & prepare your body for the demands of birth & postpartum.

  • Private: Prenatal or Postnatal Strengthening

    In this private session we assess what stage of pregnancy or postpartum you are in and encourage a stronger, more comfortable pregnancy, smoother birth and steadier, thriving postpartum experience.

  • Postnatal: Move with Baby

    A relaxed, nurturing & gentle class setting full of self care for you and fun ways to engage with baby. Lots of options for the different stages of postpartum. Parents, grandparents & other care givers welcome. Join In-Person or via zoom

  • Postnatal: On Demand - Move & Breathe with Baby

    Take care of YOU while caring for baby, plus simple, fun ways to bring movement into your day. PLUS: Carrying baby, tending to shoulders & wrists, Posture & feeding, Carrying that awkward car seat & Remembering to breathe!

  • Restore Your Core After Birth Series

    Whether you’re 6 weeks or 2+ years postpartum, reconnecting to your sense of core matters! Feel more comfortable, confident & connected. Offered as a 4 week series.

  • Co-Regulate with baby

    Offered as a group class or private session. Learn tools as parents & caregivers, to help yourself & baby calm and regulate together.
