I’m here for you! So when you’re needing a boost, feeling achy and sore, looking for something to do with your baby, craving something for you….just hit play.

Join these three classes, that you can do at your own pace, any time. Check out the preview below for a glimpse into class.

Each class can be done with any baby, making modifications as you go based on you and your baby.

In class 1, I am moving and breathing with 6 & 7 week olds.

In class 2 & 3, I’m joined by 4 and 5 month olds.

Each class focuses on ways to take care of your body while caring for baby, plus ways to nurture connection with baby.

If you are 3 - 6 weeks postpartum - these gentle movement classes are also beneficial as they give practical tips for body care while taking care of baby. If you view the classes before 6 weeks postpartum only do the parts that resonate with where you are and how you are feeling.
