Each class can be done with any age baby.

In class 1, I am moving and breathing with 6 & 7 week olds.

In class 2 & 3, I’m joined by 4 and 5 month olds.

Each class focuses on ways to take care of your body while caring for baby, plus ways to nurture connection with baby.
