Each class can be done with any age baby.
In class 1, I am moving and breathing with 6 & 7 week olds.
In class 2 & 3, I’m joined by 4 and 5 month olds.
Each class focuses on ways to take care of your body while caring for baby, plus ways to nurture connection with baby.

Move & Breathe with Baby Class 1
In this class, I'm moving and breathing with two babies who are 6 and 7 weeks old. Do you have an older baby? That's great, you can do everything with us that's in here too.
Tips for taking care of your body, carrying that heavy carseat, using breath as a relaxation tool for you and baby and more.

Move & Breathe with Baby Class 2
In this class, I'm moving and breathing with 4 and 5 month old babies. We'll explore reminders about holding baby while taking care of your body and ways to hold babies that have more neck and head control. Enjoy some movements on the floor with baby and in standing, ending with a breath relaxation.

Move & Breathe with Baby Class 3
In this class, enjoy a fluid movement sequence to start, subtle strengthening and stabilizing explorations, gentle touch for baby and connecting with baby on the floor on your belly to mimicking their movements (which builds your core stability too!). There's also tips for transitioning from the floor back to standing and from sitting to standing (especially helpful if you are experiencing any pelvic pain). We end with a flowing sequence of movement just for you!
