    Feeling the impacts of stress? Let's release the build up together! Come explore this melding of somatic movement practices, therapeutic yoga and breath awareness to shift tension and holding patterns that keep stress stored inside. 

    We hold so much wisdom and capacity to help ourselves feel more steady. Come explore!

  • Rest Well, Sleep Better

    Saturday, April 19th - 4:30 - 6:30pm

    Sleep...How is yours going? In this reflective and supportive workshop, learn how to down regulate your nervous system to help you transition from your wake time to rest/sleep time through movement, breath awareness, reflection, rest, mindset and more. Practice releasing tension and stress to help ease you through your days and nights. Plus, explore non-sleep deep rest and what habits may be impacting your sleep experience.

  • Happy Hips, Shoulders & Spine

    Tuesdays 2 - 3pm - April 1 - May 27

    @ MSAC - 58 Barre St. - Join via zoom too

    Gentle movement to lubricate those joints, releases fascial and muscular tension, build stability, improve balance and help you experience a more grounded, supple and happy you. Movement is done on the floor, in sitting and in standing. In-Person at MSAC - 58 Barre St. - 2nd floor - Elevator access. Join via zoom as well.

  • Free Your Feet

    52 bones, over 200,000 nerve endings, 66 joints, more than 200 muscles, tendons & ligaments….that’s what is in both of your feet!!! Whether your feet feel great or they present a challenge to you, we’ll get those toes and ankles moving and grooving. Each class will cover a little bit of anatomy, movement, self massage and different ways to connect with your feet throughout your day. And…since your feet connect to the rest of your body - we will explore whole body movement too! In-Person at MSAC - 58 Barre St. - 2nd floor - Elevator access. Join via zoom as well.
