  • Soma Yoga 6-Week Series

    Mondays 4:15-5:15pm - March 3 - April 7

  • Rest Well, Sleep Better

    Sun. March 2nd 11 - 12:45pm

    Strategies to explore throughout the day so your body and brain practice releasing tension and stress responses on a regular basis - which in turn makes it more easeful process for your brain and body to repeat when you are trying to fall asleep (or back to sleep).   • Nourishing You: Gathering for Women

    Three Dates Offered - In-Person

    For women of all ages & phases of life’s journey who identify as female or non-binary. Together, we will explore resilience, thriving and connection through sharing, introspection & mindful somatic practices. Join one, two or all three. Discount offered when joining all three.

    Feeling the effects of all that screen time? Dive into this interactive, FUN and educational workshop offering effective strategies to help shift habits that physically, mentally and emotionally weigh you down.  In-Person at Blossom Wellness Center - 7 Main St. - 2nd Floor.   • Happy Hips, Shoulders & Spine

    Tuesdays 2 - 3pm - April 1 - May 27

    Gentle movement to lubricate those joints, releases fascial and muscular tension, build stability, improve balance and help you experience a more grounded, supple and happy you. Movement is done on the floor, in sitting and in standing. In-Person at MSAC - 58 Barre St. - 2nd floor - Elevator access. Join via zoom as well.

  • Free Your Feet

    Tuesdays, 3:30 - 4:40pm - April 1 - May 27

    52 bones, over 200,000 nerve endings, 66 joints, more than 200 muscles, tendons & ligaments….that’s what is in both of your feet!!! Whether your feet feel great or they present a challenge to you, we’ll get those toes and ankles moving and grooving. Each class will cover a little bit of anatomy, movement, self massage and different ways to connect with your feet throughout your day. And…since your feet connect to the rest of your body - we will explore whole body movement too! In-Person at MSAC - 58 Barre St. - 2nd floor - Elevator access. Join via zoom as well.
