Grounding Before Birth

A Ceremony Celebrating YOU

There is a transformation that occurs when you give birth.

It’s not just physical. It’s mental, emotional and for many, a spiritual experience as well.

As you approach the birth of your baby, you know life will no longer look the same, yet you’re still in the mystery of what’s to come.

Ceremonies mark transitional moments in our lives. They provide us with context and point toward the deeper meaning of our experiences.

By surrounding ourselves with the collective wisdom of community we receive insights that inspire our growth and prepare us for what’s ahead.

The Grounding Before Birth Ceremony is an opportunity to root into your intuition and courageously trust yourself as you prepare for birth.

Courageously Trust Yourself

We invite you and up to two people in your circle of support, to gather at a beautiful setting in Central Vermont. If you’d like to come on your own or you’re not sure who to ask, learn more in our Frequently Asked Questions.

Your Grounding Before Birth Guides are experienced practitioners and moms. Jessica Buckley is a Certified Life Coach and Rites of Passage Guide and Amy LePage is a Pregnancy & Postpartum Somatic Bodywork Practitioner, Childbirth Educator, and Prenatal & Postnatal movement specialist . Get better acquainted with them here.

During our time together you'll be invited to relax into a caring container co-created by our community. With breathwork, movement, open sharing and creative expression, you'll empower your unique birthing journey by embodying your strength and inner wisdom.

Meet the Grounding Before Birth Guides

    Jessica Buckley, NCC

    Professional Coach & Wilderness Guide

From a young age Jess wondered how the world might be different if we were actually encouraged to listen to our hearts. It wasn't until she found her sense of belonging in nature that she began to follow the breadcrumb trail leading her to where she is today – guiding others into their place of personal power. Jess is a certified Coach and wilderness guide. You can find her hiking and biking with her partner and two daughters in the Green Mountains of Central Vermont.

    Amy LePage, CSP, CCCE

Pregnancy & Postpartum Somatic Practitioner, Childbirth Educator

Knowing the deep importance of body-wise presence during transitional, threshold life moments, Amy offers support and education for pregnant and new families as they prepare and experience their unique journey. Amy is a Somatic Bodyworker, Holistic Childbirth and Somatic Movement Educator. She is enjoying some new spaciousness for continual growth in the areas that light her up while cheering her young adult children on as they embark on life out on their own.
