There are no stairs at the entrance to 15 State St. Once inside you can choose the stairs to the 3rd floor or take the elevator. Street parking is available with 2 hr. meters that accept coins or the ParkMobile app. Free parking is available on side roads once a short distance to the studio.

When not set up for a bodywork session, the studio is sun-filled and spacious, with a 3rd floor view of Main St.

For longer workshops, it’s nice to have a back room where you can have some space on your own. Or perhaps you’ve come for a postpartum bodywork session and have someone helping with your baby. This is a great cozy spot to be.

Foam rollers, numerous sized balls, mats, bolsters, blocks, blankets and sensory items, a full size skeleton and models of various individual skeletal parts, a great library to peruse, chairs, two air filters and a speaker system….we have everything you’ll need to enjoy the classes and individual sessions you partake in.

While there is a bathroom on the first floor of the building - there is also a bathroom right in our studio suite. We also have our Berkey water filter and tea kettle accessible here.
