    • Partial Refund: Requests made after 15 days but within 30 days of purchase are eligible for a 50% refund, provided the course progress does not exceed 50%.

  2. Non-Refundable Situations:

    • Courses purchased more than 30 days ago.

    • Courses where more than 50% of the content has been accessed.

    • Bundled course packages, unless specified otherwise in the offer terms.

    • Courses purchased during a sale or at a discounted rate, unless otherwise specified in the promotional terms.

    • Any course for which a certificate of completion has been issued.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Processing Time:

  • Course Content Access: Upon refund approval, access to the course will be revoked.

  • Payment Processing Fees: Any third-party payment processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
