Online Courses Refund Policy

Introduction

At Emerge with Amy LePage, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their online learning experience. We understand that circumstances may change, and we offer a fair and transparent refund policy to accommodate these situations.

Eligibility for Refunds

  1. Refund Request Timeline:

    • Full Refund: Requests made within 15 days of purchase are eligible for a full refund, provided the course progress does not exceed 25%.

    • Partial Refund: Requests made after 15 days but within 30 days of purchase are eligible for a 50% refund, provided the course progress does not exceed 50%.

  2. Non-Refundable Situations:

    • Courses purchased more than 30 days ago.

    • Courses where more than 50% of the content has been accessed.

    • Bundled course packages, unless specified otherwise in the offer terms.

    • Courses purchased during a sale or at a discounted rate, unless otherwise specified in the promotional terms.

    • Any course for which a certificate of completion has been issued.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Support:

    • Email our support team at info@emergewithamylepage.com or use the contact form on our website.

    • Include your full name, the email address used for purchase, the course title, and the reason for the refund request.

  2. Processing Time:

    • Our team will review your request within 5-7 business days.

    • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days and credited back to the original payment method.

Additional Information

  • Course Content Access: Upon refund approval, access to the course will be revoked.

  • Payment Processing Fees: Any third-party payment processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount.

Group Class & Private Session Refund Policy

  • Class card payments are due before the start of class and are not refundable even if the student does not use all the classes.

  • Class series payments are due before the start of the series and are not refundable after the series has started even if the student does not attend the entire series.

  • Individual bodywork session payments are due at the time of service rendered and are not refundable.

  • Childbirth education group & private session payments are due before the start of class and are not refundable after the client/student has participated in a portion or all of the class.
