    Everyone’s pelvic floor matters, especially when you've been pregnant, experienced a vaginal or a cesarean birth.

Whether you have a lot going on with your pelvic floor, are just curious and want to learn more, or don’t know where your pelvic floor is: this workshop will help you better understand this uber important part of your body and how it relates to core stability and doing the daily activities you need and want to do after birth and while taking care of a newborn or toddler.
