This relaxed class setting is full of self care techniques while caring for baby. Lots of options for the different stages of postpartum. It’s a nurturing and gentle class to connect with baby and yourself! All parents and caregivers welcome.

Restore Your Core

Mondays 3 - week Series - Oct. 7, 14 & 21

6:45 - 7:45pm

Rebuild your stability and confidence in getting back to activities you love. Learn how to incorporate core awareness into your daily tasks and stop reinforcing habits that actually get in the way of core strength.

Open to anyone and welcoming to folks who are 6 weeks + postpartum

1:1 Postpartum Somatic Bodywork

A form of bodywork that focuses on tending to you as you adjust to this momentous shift of birthing yourself as a parent. You choose the focus, whether it’s relaxation, pelvic floor healing, restoring core stability,  processing your birth for healing, help with a sore and achy body or places of pain, nervous system regulation, or learning how to take care of your body while caring for your baby . Sessions are done wearing comfortable clothing, on a massage table or cushioned floor.

1 to 2 week postpartum for things you can do right away to facilitate connection and healing OR anytime postpartum

Nurture You Retreat

Saturday, July 20th - 9am - 4:30pm

A one-day, intergenerational retreat for parents during any part of their journey. Movement and meditation, time in nature, reflection and solo time - nourishing, simple food and as much or as little connection with others as you’d like. 

Offered once a year.

 
 

Co-Regulating with Baby

Tuesday, May 21st - 10:30-11:30am

1 month -  scooting and early crawlers welcome

You and your baby are two nervous systems interacting together. They are learning how to self-regulate through their interactions with those around them. As parents & caregivers, having strategies for helping ourselves calm and settle are just as important as learning ways to recognize the cues your little one is sending you as they are establishing their foundation of nervous system regulation.

All parents & caregivers of your little one are welcome to join.

Move, Grow, Learn

Tuesday June 11th - 9:30 - 10:30am

1 month - scooter & early crawlers welcome. 

Movement grows your baby’s brain. Movement grows your brain too. Come together with other babies, parents & caregivers and learn fun, simple ways to connect through movement, eye contact, facial expression and sound.  Think outside of the box with new ideas to destress those challenging moments of navigating parenting babies.
