As we interact less in an in person, face-to-face way,

As we feel the stressors of the environments around us . . .

Getting in tune and in touch with our primal movements,
learning how to create and tap into our inner body wisdom
understanding our physical bracing patterns and their impact
on our individual experience as well as the their impact
beyond the edges of ourselves . . . is Vital.
